1. Shared Spaces & Access

Takes Two is designed for partner collaboration. By inviting a partner, you create a shared space. All content created within this space (tasks, Spark highlights, etc.) is accessible exclusively by the two members of that space. Please ensure you only pair with someone you trust.

2. Terms of Use

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• Conduct: Storing illegal, infringing, or malicious content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict accounts that violate these terms.
• Intellectual Property: All branding and design assets of Takes Two belong to the developer. You retain ownership of your original content.

3. Services & Boundaries

Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for a seamless experience, Takes Two is not liable for unintended consequences arising from technical fluctuations or personal communication issues. In any event, our cumulative liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the service.

4. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: We only collect information necessary for synchronization (email, nickname, user content, and essential technical logs).
• Data Protection: We use encryption to secure your data and will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
• Your Rights: You may unpair at any time or contact us to request account deletion. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.

5. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the developer's primary residence.
